Susie moved to Winchester at the end of 2022 mainly for th education it could offer her daughter, who joined Year 7 in 2023.

Susie is a Chartered Marketer and directed award-winning Innovation Teams in the telecommunications sector and the NHS before setting up her own business in 2014. Having qualified as a Performance Coach in 2006, she delivers Leadership Coaching and Professional Speaking to public and private sector organisations ranging from professional cycling teams and product-lead businesses to government departments and hospital trusts. She is also the author of the Amazon best-selling book, Be The Leader You Want To See under her pen name, Susan Ramroop.

Susie likes to express her creativity through writing, singing and dancing. She is passionate about sport and unwinds outdoors, preferably walking in a forest or by water. At the weekend you will find her with her daughter competing at some sort of game, being a living example of a thesaurus, or listening to her sing in the Cathedral Choir.
