Careers
All students at The Henry Beaufort School will be delivered a planned programme of careers education which is underpinned by the 8 GATSBY Benchmarks, as directed by the Department for Education. https://www.gatsby.org.uk/education/focus-areas/good-career-guidance
All students will receive impartial careers information, advice and guidance throughout their time here. This is supported by our contract with the Education Business Partnership South https://www.ebpsouth.co.uk/, Personal Development Days, Cultural Capital Days, tutor sessions and across all departments.
All students will attend a meeting with an EBP Careers Advisor in Year 11, where they will develop a personalised Careers Guidance Action Plan. This supports our students with planning their next steps into Further Education.
The Careers Office is on the second floor of the Tower Block, next to room B4.
All meetings with the Careers Advisor are booked in advance, we do not currently hold a ‘drop-in’ service.
